Things to note...

This plan is fully customizable based off the needs’ and taste buds of each client, and will vary significantly across the board. 

With that being said, in order for me to effectively create you a plan – you will need to work with me in these initial weeks to determine what foods you will satisfy your calorie requirements with.

It is very possible that we won’t see results immediately, just as it is very possible that you might see the best gains of your life.

What I do know for sure though, is that if you are willing to put in the time and effort to make changes you’ve always wanted, then I am extremely motivated to help you obtain those goals and I am confident we will reach them at your pace.

It isn’t easy to wake up every day, do cardio, cook 5 meals, go to work, raise the kids, the list goes on and for some it never stops. It is important that you understand that this is a turtle race, and that my goal is to not only serve as a guide and coach, but to help you understand the nutrition side of things so well that you don’t need to pay me anymore and these lessons will simply become a part of your routine.
