What does Coached by Clark have to offer?
Life Coaching
Firstly, A life coach is essentially a guide that one can refer to when evaluating their overall livelihood. In other words, we all need someone we can go to for advice or simply to weigh an idea over with. However, not all of us have true friends, family, or other peers that are experienced with your concern.

Secondly, Writing blogs and sharing valuable insights on things like: why cardio is important, and various methods that are fun and sustainable is something I enjoy. For instance, my primary goal is to make training something that is easy and fun, what more could you want in a coach?
How-To Videos
Thirdly, You'll find a dedicated section for short clips of exercises and how to perform them properly. Additionally, these are all of the exercises that I recommend within my training plans and are my own preferred movements. Ultimately, if you want similar success you need to emulate my training.
Supplements
Fourthly, If I had a nickel for every person that asked me what supplements I take or recommend that they should take - I would have a whole lot of nickels... Let's just put it that way. With that being said, I decided to offer a section with all of the supplements that I use, as well as a link to purchase them. Enjoy!
Diet & Training Plan
Most importantly, my style of dieting and training has proven to be effective for men and women of all ages and athleticism. My plans are based around sustainability and fun. Above all, I strongly believe that we have a tendency to stick to things that we enjoy - otherwise what is the point?
For once I found someone who believes in food other than chicken & rice. A sustainable diet was never possible until I started working with Coach Clark.
