First I would like to start off by introducing myself; My name is Nick Clark, and I am the owner of Coached by Clark. For practically my entire life I have been fascinated with two subjects, that while at first glance seem very distance from one another, a recent change of perspective has allowed me to understand the benefit of following the subjects so closely. To be more specific, I have always found myself to be quite engaged in my studies and have placed a special emphasis on learning about physical health, mental health, and how the two interact to ultimately equate to who we are as people. I find that if I feel good about my physical health, it makes managing stress in other aspects of my life much easier and vice versa.
With that kind of thinking in mind I was inspired to pursue a way to essentially help my friends, family, and loved ones manage their lives with the same ease that I have found in mine. Life is hard, indubitably so, but I believe that with the right guidance we can make our lives much easier. After-all, it feels much better to listen to someone who is seemingly doing all of the right things: Taking care of their physical health, actively trying to pursue new career heights, and most importantly being someone who their loved ones and close friends can rely on, trust, and ultimately tries to make life just a little easier for everyone. That is the person that I aspire to become every day, and while I use these practices on myself – I believe that I can help others live a more fulfilling life as well.
I received my B.A in Psychology with an advanced minor in Sociology from the University of Arizona class of 2019.
