You need to hire a coach!
Okay, okay – maybe you do not NEED to hire a coach, per say. But let me give you an abundance of reasons why it is a good idea, and why you can’t possibly regret the decision.
What is a coach?
A coach isn’t just someone who tells you what to eat, when to workout and tries to push you to be better.
Oh no… a coach is much more than that – at least my coaching is.
When you hire a coach, you are recruiting another pair of eyes to help you better assess your situation. Anybody can go online and type free workout plan or free diet plan into google and get a million results.
Even better, those plans won’t be too far off from what you would get by hiring someone like me.
There are two pieces of psychology at work here when hiring a coach:
1.) Second guessing yourself becomes a thing of the past. When you hire a coach you are paying someone to give you an accurate, non-sugar coated assessment of your progress.
2.) When you spend money on something, you automatically become more invested in the outcomes and it is in your best interest to get the best bang for your buck.
When you combine those two functions, you allow yourself to easily set goals and retain them. Furthermore, a coach will not only measure your progress but provide a road map to your success.
Any questions or confusion can be easily addressed, as opposed to resorting to google to find answers and not being able to find it.
Is hiring a coach expensive?
This is the most bizarre question that I hear and I am greeted with it quite often.
The easy, and short answer is no.
The long answer? Here we go…
You need to understand that any amount of money that you invest into your physical health and wellbeing is money well spent.
It is quite literally impossible to put a price on good health, so the fact that coaching is this low? Phenomenal.
I personally have friends who see no problem with buying 5 drinks at $12 a drink from a bar every weekend.
That is throwing away literally $60 on overpriced garbage, yet so many people don’t even bat an eye.
For some reason, people are reluctant to spend that same money or even less on themselves when it means a healthier outcome.
Alcohol is just one example of the ways people squander away money. I am sure you can think of plenty of ways you have spent money poorly (we all do it).
With all that being said, isn’t it at least worth a shot to pay such a measly price if it means it could change your life forever? Imagine if just $100 a month, or $200 a month was all it took to have the body of your dreams or to just finally feel better about the days ahead.
With that being said, is coaching expensive? The answer is absolutely not – hiring a coach is quite literally priceless.
How Do I Pick The Right Coach?
Deciding who you want to hire to serve as your coach can often be a difficult decision.
Even though I consider myself a coach, and am very knowledgeable and experienced successful endeavors – I too hire a coach when necessary.
Some of the criteria I look for when I am interested in hiring a nutritionist, or personal trainer is:
1.) How many clients does the coach currently have, will they even be able to focus on me?
2.) Does the person appear to be knowledgeable, and do they practice what they preach? The last thing I want to do is hire someone who doesn’t even use their own program.
3.) Does the price make sense for the services offered? How many hours of work is this guy putting into my plan, and how reliable is he as far as responding to questions?
Those are just some of the criteria that absolutely need to be met before I think about hiring someone. Additionally, I make sure that I ask myself these same questions before I let somebody hire me as their coach.
Not only does the person hiring me get piece of mind that they made the right choice – but I get the peace of mind knowing that I am able to do my best to help them reach their goals.
Can I hire you as my coach?
Hell yeah you can! This is ultimately the path I have decided to take in life because I feel that I am knowledgeable, and well suited to help others reach the same success that I have.
Even if you don’t want to lose weight, or workout – you can even hire me as a life coach. I may not be a certified and licensed therapist, but I did receive my B.A in Psychology from the University of Arizona in 2019. That credential, coupled with my experience with coaching clients in health & wellness has provided me with a pretty good perspective of things. With that being said, if you need a life coach – I am also your guy.
