Protein Powder Recommendations
Countless times throughout the day I am bombarded with messages asking me what protein powder I use. Additionally, there is the occasional person asking me a vague question about a specific type. Well Lo and behold, I will finally get around to answering those questions for everyone in one easy to read post.
Let’s start with the good stuff:
Syntha-6 Whey
ON Whey
The “not allowed to eat carbs” alternative I would really recommend is Optimum Nutrition Whey. ON Whey has always been at the top of my list as far as reliability goes. This is one brand that I have stood behind and will continue to stand behind when it comes to a good protein choice. They also sell a pretty good multivitamin too.
KOS Plant Protein Powder
And for those of you who cannot consume milk based protein or would rather have a plant based VEGAN protein powder, there is an option for you as well. My sister can personally attest to the flavor of this protein powder – she thinks it is delicious. For those of us that have tried your typical vegan-based powders, that is hardly ever the case.
That is really all you need to know about which protein powder to purchase. There really isn’t much to picking a protein powder other than personal preference and taste, so you might as well find the one that you enjoy the most.
